Server (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Job Description:

You’ll be responsible for providing table service, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude
• Maintain deep knowledge of our menu to assist guests with food and drink choices
• Serve food and beverages to guests and ensure their satisfaction
• Process guest orders and payments accurately
• Help maintain a clean and organized dining environment

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry items weighing 20-40 lbs during shifts
• Stand and walk for 8-hour shifts
• Work in varying temperatures and noise levels

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1 year of server experience is required
• 1 year of serving fine dining experience is required
• Experience with Asian cuisine and alcohol knowledge
• TABC Alcohol Seller/Server Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting cocktails and a strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and beverage pairings.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages
• Recommend drinks and pairings with our menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
• Manage bar inventory and equipment
